7-story Neo-classical office building completed in 1911. Designed by George F. Pelham as a store-and-loft building, it is clad in white brick and stone. The upper floors are divided into a central bay of three window panes and two outer bays of two panes. The piers have a Greek fret design up through the 6th floor, where they transition into pairs of columns that run up to the roof line. The spandrels between floors have stone cartouches, and a pattern of squares between the 6th & 7th floors. The building is capped by a shallow triangular pediment in the center. The ground floor is occupied by Granyette wine & spirits.
