On Lafayette Street, the main facade has a 2-story base framed in stone, with two simple round columns. The ground floor is painted white, and the 2nd is painted green. The two upper floors are clad in whitewashed red brick, with segmental-arched openings at the 3rd floor, and square-headed openings on the top floor, both with stone sills. There are recessed panels above the top-floor windows, and a corbelled brick cornice at the roof line. The ground floor is occupied by Bicycle Habitat on Lafayette Street, and Bjorn Borg boutique on Crosby.
