12-story Renaissance-revival office building completed in 1908. Designed by Charles I. Berg (of the firm of Cady, Berg & See), it is faced in limestone, beige brick and terra-cotta. The 3-story stone base has rusticated piers on the first two floors, and cornices above the 2nd & 3rd floors. The windows are grouped into triples with metal mullions on the main west and north facades, which are each six bays wide. Both sides have a dentiled string course over the 9th floor, and a projecting, modillioned cornice over the 10th. The top two floors rise up to a smaller roof cornice. The unadorned east and south walls are clad in brown brick. The ground floor is occupied by Wonder boutique, and a Starbucks.
