146-foot, 11-story modernist residential building completed in 2005. The main section of the building (the 11-story apartment tower fronting Lafayette Street) was designed by Gluckman Meyer with a wavy glass and grey brick facade. The ground floor is occupied by Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams furnishings.

The smaller, 6-story office section at 51 Crosby Street was designed by H. Thomas O'Hara. It uses the same dark brick, but without the broad expanses of windows, instead leaving just a few rectangular windows puncturing the facade at each floor.
