6-story Renaissance-revival office building completed in 1901. Designed by Charles Abbott French as a store-and-loft building, it is clad in dark red brick white cream-colored stone banding on the main piers. The nine bays of windows are recessed between the piers, with stone lintels. Each bay culminates in a round-arch with keystone at the top floor. The building is crowned by a modillioned roof cornice with carved swag in the fascia board. The ground floor is stone and metal with a large iron cornice, and is occupied by Aether Apparel, Spin Ceramics, and Paint Box manicure studio. The building was converted to offices in the 1990s.
