8-story office building completed in 1910. Designed by Bernstein & Bernstein, it spans through the block to Lafayette Street. The main facade on Centre is clad in stone, terra-cotta and pale pink-painted brick. The windows are organized into three bays of three windows each, with vertical steel mullions between the panes. The 2nd floor is rusticated, with stone lintels over each bay, and a band course with Greek fret design running below the 3rd floor. The upper floors have carved terra-cotta panels in the spandrels between floors, and a stone cornice caps the 7th floor. The top floor has the same stone lintels as the 2nd floor, and a simple stone parapet caps the building.

The facade facing Lafayette is clad in red brick. The double windows have flat lintels, except for the segmental-arched center windows, which have brick headers. A thin metal fire escape cover the center three bays of the facade, which is topped by a black metal roof cornice with modillions and dentils partway across. The ground floor is occupied by a UPS Store, and Tai Chi New York.
