3-story mercantile building completed in about 1827. It was originally built as a Federal-style dwelling; it was remodeled into its present style in 1869 by architect James Hamel. The alterations included enlarging its existing peak roof into a full story, installing a new red-painted brick front wall, as well as cast-iron columns and a storefront at the first story. The four bays of windows have projecting sills and with stylized corbelled feet and metal cornices. Later, the upper floors were converted from residential to commercial loft space. The ground floor is occupied by Allan & Suzi boutique.
