5-story Queen Anne-style mercantile building completed in 1878 for Henry E. Pellew. Designed by Charles C. Haight, it is clad mainly in brick. Three bays wide, the 3rd-floor windows are segmental-arched, and those on the 4th floor are round-arched, slightly narrower on the ends. Five smaller round-arched windows line the top floor, below a corbelled brick cornice. The ground floor is occupied by a souvenir store.
