5-story Italianate-style mercantile building completed in 1878. Designed by Henry Engelbert, it is clad in tan brick with metal window sills and cornices on its three bays. A red-painted fire escape runs down the left side of the facade. Over the years, the building was occupied by a variety of commercial interests ranging from cabinet makers to envelope makers and sportswear manufacturers.
