5-story Italianate-style mercantile building completed in 1871. Designed by Detlef Lineau, it is clad in brown brick. The three bays of windows have sills with corbelled feet, and metal cornices. A red-painted fire escape runs down the left side of the facade. Over the years, the building was occupied by a variety of commercial interests ranging from wholesales druggists to flooring manufacturers and doll fabricators. The ground floor is occupied by a souvenir store.
