7-story Renaissance-revival office building completed in 1896. Designed by DeLemos & Cordes, it has a black cast-iron ground floor, with orange brick and terra-cotta above. There are four bays of paired windows facing Centre Street, and three on Broome Street. The corner of the ground floor is cut at an angle, with a Corinthian column supporting the rounded corner of the floors above. There are canvas awnings over the 2nd floor windows, and a band course with a Greek fret motif over the 3rd floor. The 4th floor is banded, with intricate terra-cotta cartouches on the major piers. The window bays of the top three floors are recessed, with paneled spandrels, and a large advertising board has been attached to the corner of the building. The roof line has a metal cornice with large modillions and dentils. The ground floor is occupied by J'Adore Clic, with Cordell Fitness on the 2nd floor.
