5-story office building completed in 1860. In 1879, the building became a factory and workshop. The narrow 2-bay end facing Broadway is clad in white marble, with segmental-arched windows set in stone enframements with corbelled feet and cornices. It carried over for a 1-bay return on Broome Street, where the remaining 11 bays are clad in red brick above a beige cast-iron storefront. The windows here have simple stone sills and lintels. The building is topped on both sides by a black metal roof cornice with a paneled fascia board. A black iron fire escape runs down several of the western bays. The ground floor is occupied by Soho Psychic, Item New York, and Soho Cafe.
