11-story, Beaux-arts office building completed in 1901. Designed by Buchman & Fox as a warehouse, it has a 2-story limestone base with rusticated piers. The ground floor has a central, modern storefront, with narrow end bays containing entrances under round-arches with carved stone ornament including scrolled keystones and the numbers 520 & 522, referring to the address. The three bays of the 2nd floor are divided by squared pilasters with decorative capitals.

Above a modillioned stone cornice that serves as a sill course, the 3rd floor has three segmental-arches topped with cartouches. Flanking the cartouches are brackets supporting three stone balconies with balustrades in front of the 4th-floor windows, which each have a pair of small Ionic columns. Each of the 4th-floor bays are topped by a cartouche, with the 5th-8th floor windows recessed between smooth piers, and culminating in round-arches with stone carvings, including large cartouches above each arch and on the piers between the arches. The windows have wrought-iron railings over their lower ends. A dentiled cornice marks the bottom of the 9th floor, which is topped by a larger modillioned cornice with four large brackets. A green copper band sits atop this cornice, just below the top two floors, which are heavily ornamented with carved stone. Three triangular pediments break the roof line at the top floor. The exposed part of the south wall is clad in plain brown brick. Club Monaco clothing store occupies the ground level. DNA Modeling agency is also a tenant.
