4-story office building completed in 1866, renovated in 2002. It is clad in beige stone above a white-painted cast-iron storefront with fluted Corinthian columns and pilasters. The three bays of upper-floor windows are segmental-arched, with keystones. A white metal fire escape runs down the left two-thirds of the facade, which is topped by a dark-grey metal roof cornice with paired brackets. The ground floor is occupied by Pandora jewelry.
