5-story cast-iron office building completed in 1870, renovated in 2003. Designed by Robert Mook, the 6-bay Broadway facade is painted white, with Doric columns and a bracketed and modillioned roof cornice. The rear of the building fronting Mercer Street is clad in red brick, with rounded white stone lintels over the windows. The ground floor is occupied by Yellow Rat Bastard apparel store.
