4-story Italianate office building completed in 1863. It is clad in dark red-painted brick above a grey-painted cast-iron storefront. The three bays of windows are segmental-arched, with stone sills and curved cornices. The building is topped by a black metal roof cornice with brackets and modillions. A black metal fire escape runs down the northern two bays. The ground floor is occupied by a Timberland store.
