6-story commercial/residential building completed in 1868. Designed by Henry Engelbert, The facade is of white marble & cast iron, with the northernmost of the six bays of windows filled-in. The upper floors have piers with Corinthian capitals, but the ground-floor piers have been covered over by an alteration from the 20th century. A brown metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade, which is topped by a simple, brown metal roof cornice.

In 1987, five apparel manufacturers bought the building and split it into commercial condominiums for their own use. The ground floor is occupied by OMG apparel.
