5-story office building completed in 1860. It spans through the block to Mercer Street, where it is clad in stone above a beige cast-iron ground floor. The windows here are segmental-arched. The main facade on Broadway is also clad in stone, but with round-arched windows with keystones. This facade also has pilasters with ornate capitals, and cornices between each floor. A projecting roof cornice caps the building. It houses Jubilee Market Place.
