5-story Italianate residential building completed in 1861 as on office to house a branch of Devlin & Co., a clothing store founded in 1843. This branch closed in 1879. The building was renovated in 2010 by Joseph Pell Lombardi, including replacement of the existing compromising aluminum storefront which was concealing the original arched arcade; restoration of the cast iron and wood infill and reinstatement of the original vault lights. The facade is articulated through a series of regular round-arches, with centered Corinthian columns between. The windows, which grow shorter on each floor, are recessed behind the arches, and stone cornices delineate each floor. The building is crowned by a bracketed and dentiled roof cornice. The Broadway facade has six bays, and the Grand Street facade has 13, with the center and end bays being slightly wider and framed by rusticated stone. A black iron fire escape runs down the center of this facade. The ground floor is occupied by a Duane Reade pharmacy.
