4-story mercantile building completed in 1915. The front elevation is clad in an interesting facade of vertically-laid, rough stone-faced bricks, grey-brown in color. There are two bays of casement windows, each with a large square pane in the center flanked by narrower side windows, all framed in silver metal. The side walls are faced in parged brick. The ground floor is occupied by New Hon Wong Restaurant.
