9-story postmodern residential building completed in 2012. Designed by John Gordon, it is clad in red iron-spot brick, with large squares of multi-paned windows framed in black, including wraparound windows at the southeast corner. The windows all have white marble sills. The brickwork is set in running bond patterns to add texture. The upper stories are set back above the 6th floor. A large black metal awning with glass panels covers the entrance on the south facade. The building contains just six condominium units.
