3-story mercantile building completed in the mid-1880s. It is clad in brick, with peeling white paint, and a black metal storefront on the ground floor. There are three bays of windows with stone sills and lintels incised with Greek wave motifs. A narrow metal fire escape cover the center bay, and the front facade capped by a modillioned metal roof cornice. The exposed upper part of the south wall is clad in red brick, and show the peaked roof. The ground floor is occupied by Chill apparel store.
