5-story cast-iron office building completed in 1869. Designed by Griffith Thomas, it is painted black on the ground floor and beige above. There are cornices between each floor and a black metal fire escape on the right side of the facade. The building is crowned by a bracketed metal roof cornice with a broken rounded pediment in the center. The ground floor is occupied by Steve Madden footwear.
