5-story residential building completed in 1870 as an office building, renovated in 1999. Designed by Thomas R. Jackson in the Venetian Renaissance style, it has very ornate Corinthian columns and segmental-arches at the ground floor, with round-arched windows on the upper floors. The arches have scrolled keystones and elaborate carved ornament between each arch. There are cornices between each floor, and a bracketed and modillioned roof cornice with a triangular pediment on the Broadway side. The ground floor is occupied by American Apparel.
