8-story residential building completed in 1895. Designed and owned by John J. Clark as an office building. It is clad in tan brick with horizontal banding. The 4th & 7th floors have segmental brick arches. A pair of metal fire escapes run down the outer edges of the facade, which is capped by a brown metal roof cornice with modillions.
The ground floor was originally occupied by restaurants, including one of a chain owned by John J. Clark; the upper stories have been used for storage and light manufacturing. The upper floors have been converted to condominiums, with clothing retailers on the ground floor.
