5-story residential building completed in 1870. Designed by D. & J. Jardine as a store-and-loft building, it has a white cast-iron facade, with Doric columns on the ground floor, and Corinthian columns above. Cornices separate each floor, and a white metal fire escape runs down the facade, which is topped by a bracketed and modillioned roof cornice. Occupants, typical of the district, included a cloak manufacturer and wholesalers of clothing and linens. It was converted to condominiums in the 1980s.
