5-story residential building completed in 1868. Designed by John B. Snook as a store-and-loft building, it has a stone facade above a cast-iron ground floor. The windows are segmental-arched, and a white metal fire escape runs down the right two-thirds of the facade. The building is crowned by a bracketed and dentiled roof cornice. The upper stories were converted to residential use between 1978 and 1988.
