7-story residential building completed in 1888 as a 6-story store-and-loft building. Designed by Charles C. Haight, it has a white cast-iron facade with wide-spaced, squared piers. By the mid-twentieth century, the first two stories of the building were occupied by stores and the upper stories by a factory. Two textile companies occupied the building in the 1980s-90s, until it was renovated into condominiums, with a penthouse floor added on top.
