5-story residential building completed in 1868, renovated in 2005. The original storefront, remarkably intact, consists of coursed end piers and cast-iron Corinthian columns supporting a modillioned stone cornice. The 2nd-4th floors have round-arched windows growing progressively shorter on each floor. There are Corinthian columns between the 2nd-floor windows and paired square pilasters between the 3rd & 4th-floor windows. The top floor has square-headed windows below a black metal roof cornice with brackets and dentils. A black metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade. The building has been used for storage, light manufacturing, and offices. It was converted to residential in the 1980s.
