5-story residential building completed in 1869. Designed by Benjamin W. Warner as a store-and-loft building, it is clad in white stone and cast-iron. There are stone cornices at each floor; the top-floor windows have shallow segmental-arches. The building is topped by a bracketed metal roof cornice. Most recently, in the 1980s and '90s, the building was occupied by a textile company and a video equipment showroom, until being converted to condominiums.
