 condominium, 1850s construction

5-story residential building completed in 1858 as a store-and-loft building. It is clad in light-colored stone, with small cornices between each floor. The windows are round-arched, with keystones on the 2nd floor; they become progressively shorter on each floor. A black iron fire escape runs down the left two-thirds of the facade, which is topped by a black metal roof cornice with brackets and modillions. The Estate of John LeConte owned this property for almost a century. It is currently in residential use as condominiums. The ground floor is occupied by the Soho Reperatory Theater.
