6-story mercantile building completed in 1915 as a warehouse. It is clad in beige-painted brick, with two wide bays and two narrow end bays of gridded windows with black metal frames and brick sills. The roof parapet has four small projections with white-painted decorative panels, and a central peaked pediment with a white-painted circle and flanking wedges, all capped by a stone coping. The ground floor has two storefronts, with the western one clad in red brick with a green tile canopy roof. It is occupied by New Canal Best Chinese Restaurant, and the other storefront is occupied by a general merchandise/clothing store.
