6-story Renaissance-revival mercantile building completed around the late 1870s. The ground floor is framed in cast-iron, painted green, with broad outer piers. The upper floors are framed by red-brick outer piers, and divided by modillioned cornices into a pair of 2-story units, and a top floor. Green cast-iron spandrels with intricate carvings in each unit divide the two floors, which have four windows each, separated by green iron mullions. The building is crowned by a roof cornice lined with short vertical bars. A green metal fire escape covers the left side of the facade. The eastern wall and exposed portion of the western wall are of parged brick, painted white, with no openings.
