6-story residential building completed in the 1880s. It is clad in red brick with various ornamental brickwork on the facade, which is divided into three pair of windows at each floor. Each pair is separated by a brick pier, and has a joint sill and lintel of white stone. The top-floor windows are round-arched and set below a corbelled parapet topped by a thin dentiled stone cornice with a further brick parapet extending above that. A white metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade. Cercle Rouge Brasserie is on the ground level. The exposed northern wall is plain concrete.
