5-story residential building completed in 1867 as a store-and-loft building. It is clad in white stone, with banded outer piers. The upper-floor windows have rounded top corners; the Church Street side is six windows wide, and the Leonard Street side has five windows. Both facades are crowned by a black metal bracketed roof cornice. A metal fire escape runs down the east side of the Leonard facade. It was converted to condominiums in the 1980s.
