7-story residential building completed in 2013. It replaced an older 3-story building on this site. Designed by StudioMDA, the building has just three units, all 2-level duplexes. It is clad in dark red brick on the upper floors, framing double-height bays of multi-paned triple windows, with black metal mullions. At the top floor the bays culminate under broad segmental-arches. The facades are capped by a simple black metal roof cornice. The ground floor is black-painted pre-cast concrete, with the same window arrangement. The entrance on the northern end of the building has a suspended metal canopy over it.
