7-story Romanesque-revival residential building completed in 1890 as a 6-story store-and-loft building. Designed by William H. Livingston, it is L-shaped, wrapping around the corner building at 385 Greenwich. The Greenwich Street facade is much wider than that on North Moore, but both share the same basic design, with narrow loading bays at the base framed by grey granite pillars and secondary cast-iron piers and a red brick upper facade. A broad iron cornice caps the ground floor. Most of the upper-floor windows are square-headed, with grey granite sills and splayed brick lintels. A continuous grey stone lintel course runs across the 2nd floor. The 5th-floor windows are round-arched, with brick headers. A sill course marks the bottom of the top floor, above which is a corbelled brick cornice. Both of the west and south elevations that rise above the shorter corner building are clad in red brick, with the same window pattern as the main facades. Near the east end of this secondary south elevation is a recessed area of modern floor-to-ceiling windows with grey metal framing that was added when the building was converted to residential use around 2005. At the same time, a set-back 7th-floor penthouse was constructed, also clad in red brick. The building was used as a warehouse for food products for much of the 20th century. The ground floor is occupied by Edon Manor accessories, and i-Plaza Nail & Spa.
