5-story residential building completed in 1867. Designed by Alexander G. Cutler as a store-and-loft building, it is clad in white stone above a white cast-iron ground floor with Corinthian columns. The upper floors have segmental-arched windows, and a metal fire escape running down the facade. The top floor has a mansard roof with two rounded dormers. Shortly after the completion of the building, it was occupied by Isaac Rosenstien & Co., shirt manufacturers. By the 1970s, the building was vacant, until being converted to condominiums around 2000.
