5-story Italianate residential building completed in 1868 as a store-and-loft building. It is clad in red brick above a black cast-iron storefront facing Greenwich Street, and some cast-iron elements at the Duane Street side. The storefront features three round-arches. The upper floors have double windows flanked by a single bay on each side facing Greenwich, while the north side has all single windows, with varied bay spacing. The windows all have distinctive eared cast-iron lintels. Both facades are capped by a black metal roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Roc restaurant.
