5-story Italianate/Second Empire-style residential building completed in 1867. Designed by Alfred A. Dunham, it is clad in white Dorcester stone. The ground floor has fluted Corinthian columns and a modillioned cornice. The upper floors have segmental-arched windows (round-arched on the top floor) with differing styles of headers on each floor. A white metal fire escape zig-zags down the left side of the facade, which is topped by a white galvanized iron roof cornice with brackets and modillions. The ground floor is occupied by Calypso boutique.
