150-foot, 12-story Neo-classical residential building completed in 1904 as an office building. Designed by Frederick C. Browne, it was converted into condominiums in 2014, with 66 units. The ground floor is clad in rusticated limestone, with the piers resting on granite bases that grow taller as the street slopes downward to the east. The Leonard Street facade is divided into 12 bays, with five bays each on Broadway and the Benson Place alley. The ground floor is capped by a stone cornice ornament with circles.
The 2nd floor is clad in rusticated buff-colored brick, except for the end bays and the 4th bay from each end on Leonard (which project slightly forward), as well as all five bays on Broadway, which are faced in white rusticated stone. Each bay has a pair of windows, which is repeated on the upper floors. A dentiled cornice caps the 2nd floor, and the piers at the projecting bays have ornamented capitals.
On the rest of the upper floors, the projecting bays are clad in rusticated brick, while the other bays have no rustications, except for subtle banding on the 3rd floor. The windows are slightly shorter but otherwise the upper floors are the same as the 2nd. The 3rd floor is also capped by a cornice, without dentils, but is ornamented by carved wreaths at each pier between the regular bays, and by cartouches above stone plaques at each pier framing the projecting bays.
The non-projecting bays on the 4th-8th floors have stone sills joining the windows, and have ornamental stonework between the brick headers. The 8th floor is capped by a stone corncie, with lion's heads at the tops of the piers. Rustication returns to the bricks of the 9th & 10th floors, which are topped by a dentiled cornice and band course, respectively. On the top two floors, the non-projecting bays have broader sills joining the paired windows. The Broadway facade is similar, but the rear facade on Benton Place lacks any of the ornament. The exposed upper portion of the north-facing wall is clad in reddish-brown brick with a handful of windows.
