7-story Romanesque-revival residential building completed in the 1880s as a 5-story store-and-loft building. It is clad in red brick above a cast-iron ground floor with fluted columns. The facade is divided into two 2-story sections of six window bays culminating in round-arched at the 3rd & 5th floors. The 3rd-floor arches have brownstone keystones and a brownstone cornice above. Brick spandrel panels are found between the floors in each section. The original roof line is capped by a dentiled brick parapet and a simple black metal cornice. The building was converted to condominiums in 1991, with a 2-story addition on top, featuring three large, 2-story round-arches with metal window mullions. A black metal fire escapes runs down the left side of the facade, from the 5th story, and another fire escape on the right side reaches the new top floor.
