8-story residential building, originally completed as a 5-story store-and-loft warehouse in 1853. It was renovated with a new adjoining building into condominiums in 2012, with three additional, set-back floors across the top of both facades, designed by BKSK Architects. The building contains 30 condominium units. The new construction of clad in white stone, painted grey on the 2nd floor, and with metal elements and storefront windows at the ground floor. The upper-floor windows are recessed.

The older building is clad in tan brick above a stone, metal and glass storefront on the Chambers Street side. It has large bays of four windows across and paneled brickwork in the spandrels. A projecting copper cornice tops the 4th floor; the 5th floor has smaller windows. A small, modillioned copper cornice tops the 5th floor, and the setbacks for the penthouse floors above create terrace space on the roofs. On Reade Street, the older building is clad in red brick above a ground floor with stone Corinthian columns and cornice. There are four windows on each floor, with brown metal cornices, and the dentiled metal roof cornice at the top.
