5-story residential building completed around 1875 as a store-and-loft building. It is clad in beige brick. Most of the original ground floor has been replaced by off-white brick infill, although the cast-iron outer pilaster and cornice remain, now painted turquoise. The upper floor have four bays of windows, with splayed stone lintels on the 3rd-5th floors, and a broad turquoise cornice above the 2nd floor. A metal roof cornice, also painted turquoise, with dentiled and large modillions crowns the facade.
