A trio of 5-story residential buildings completed together in 1874. The southernmost, at No. 628, later had its roof cornice removed and an attic floor added. The three facades are clad in brick painted reddish-orange at the northern two, and a darker shade of red at No. 628. Commercial storefronts line the ground floor, some retaining original fluted cast-iron pilasters. Each facade has four bays of single-windows on the upper floors, with projecting, bracketed sills and eared lintels topped by rounded cornices. They are painted white at No. 628, and brown at the other two. The attic level on No. 628 has four small, square windows; the roof lines of Nos. 620-632 are marked by grey-brown metal cornices with console brackets, panels, modillions, and dentils. Black iron fire escapes run down the middle two bays of the north and south facades.

The north facade of No. 632 along 45th Street is also clad in red-painted brick, with a bay of single-windows at the west end, four single-windows near the center, and two more at the east end. They have the same sills and lintels as on the west facade. The ground floor has two metal service entrances (one with a roll-down metal gate) and a doorway to the upper floors at the east end, topped by a transom surmounted by a brown metal cornice supported on console brackets. The roof cornice continues along this facade as well.

The rear walls are clad in red-painted brick, with two bays of single-windows flanking small bathroom windows for each building, and additional fire escapes run down the rear walls. The ground floors are occupied by Healthy Market Foods, New Kam Wei Kitchen, Lali restaurant, Expo Smoke Shop, and The Marshall restaurant.
