A trio of matching 5-story residential buildings completed together in 1883. The three facades are surfaced in varying shades of painted brownstone. Each has its own central entrance with a small stoop, and variations of wood, metal, and glass doors and sidelights under transoms. A black iron fence fronts the properties, and each has a pair of tall, narrow windows on either side of the doorways. The doorway at No. 447 has a molded surround.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows on each facade, with projecting, bracketed sills on No. 447 only, which also has a black metal fire escape. Three metal roof cornices, matching except for their color, crown the facades. They have console brackets, modillions, and panels; the east cornice is light-green, the middle one is black, and the west one is blue-grey.
