6-story residential building originally completed in 1875, and given a new facade in 1964. It is clad in light-orange brick above a ground floor with metal-and-glass storefronts that were installed during the 1964 rebuilding. There are recessed entrances with glass doors below transoms at both ends, with the storefronts (also with glass doors) in the middle.

The upper floors have brick quoins at the edges and five bays of windows with limestone sills and brick lintels with limestone keystones. The middle and end bays have double-windows, and the other two have single-windows - the exception being the middle bay on the 2nd floor, which also has a single-window. Above the 2nd floor, the middle bay is shifted slightly to the north. A grey-green metal fire escape runs down the middle bay and the bay to the south. The facade is capped by a simple roof parapet and metal coping. The ground floor is occupied by Clinton Gourmet Market, and Thriftway Pharmacy.
