5-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1874. It is a near-twin of the building to the west, situated just slightly higher and with an altered ground floor. It is clad in red brick above a ground floor with browner brick. The central entrance has a recessed, wood-paneled door framed by black cast-iron pilasters; a dark-red canvas awning covers the entry, with a matching one next door. To either side are two windows with iron grilles.

The upper floors have four bays of single-windows with black, bracketed sills and curved cornices. A black metal fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a green copper roof cornice with console brackets, modillions, dentils, and panels.
