4-story residential building completed in around 1880. The 3-bay facade is clad in orange brick above a red-painted brownstone ground floor that originally served as an English basement. A red wood-and-glass door is slightly recessed between fluted, white wood framing, and set down a couple steps, replacing the original stoop and parlor-floor entrance. The two windows to the left are surrounded by an iron fence. The upper floors have small iron basket railings at the bases of the windows, and flat stone lintels. The facade is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with scrolled brackets and panels.
