Originally the Mrs. J. Norman Whitehouse estate designed by Hoppin, Koen & Huntington c. 1906 on 73 acres. Leased by J.P. Grace and subsequently by Ogden L. Mills while each of their respective houses were under construction. Sold to Sidney Whelan, son of George Whelan, in 1915. The residence was later demolished and the estate subdivided.
